Satisfaction Guarantee
At The Perfect Notary, we are committed to providing services that meet the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, diligence, and legal compliance, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Florida and applicable RON statutes. If a client experiences an issue resulting directly from our team’s oversight or administrative error, we encourage prompt communication with our office so that the matter may be reviewed and addressed in a timely and professional manner. However, issues arising from client error, incomplete documentation, lack of understanding, failure to follow instructions, or negligence are not the responsibility of The Perfect Notary. While we may assist in resolving such matters at our discretion, additional fees may apply. Clients are encouraged to ask questions prior to service and understand that notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice. Our goal is to ensure clarity, transparency, and a professional experience at every stage of service.
As Notaries, our priority is protecting the public and helping prevent fraud. We take this responsibility seriously and bring care and attention to every service we provide. While we’re here to guide you through the notarial process, please note that we are not attorneys and cannot offer legal advice.
