How much do you charge to notarize a document?
Prices vary depending on the client's needs, type of documents, number of documents, client's location and the location of where the signing will be taking place. Please call The Perfect Notary at 786-395-1742 to speak with us so we can give you accurate pricing information. Please keep in mind, no service is under $25.00.
Are you really open and available 24/7?
Yes! We can help you in an Office Setting, virtually through Remote Online Notarizations (RON) or we can go to you with our Mobile Notary Services. Your convenience and our client's satisfaction are our number one priority so to ensure that we are helping you at a time that suits your needs, please make sure to schedule your service at least one hour in advance from the time you need your documents to be executed. Appointments, last minute, and emergency service calls are always available so be sure to communicate your needs to us so we can accommodate your signing service accordingly.
Are you an Attorney?
No! We are not Attorneys or Lawyers so we cannot provide clients with any legal advice. We cannot tell client's what documents they need, and we cannot act as Attorneys or Lawyers. If you are seeking legal advice of any kind, please contact a Licensed Attorney that can better assist you.
Can you Notarize documents without the signer being present?
Absolutely not! All signers must be present at the time of signing and executing the notarization of any documents. If the signer is not present, if they don't have valid identification and if fraudulent activity is suspected, services will be denied, revoked and / or terminated. No refunds will be given for any deposits or services, and you will be charged a cancellation fee if we meet and signers are not adequately present and prepared to show proof of identification. The Perfect Notary does not condone, support, or act on any malpractice or misuse of our Notary License and we thank you in advance for understanding.

Payments Accepted
The Perfect Notary offers various payment options for your convenience. You can make payments in Cash when meeting in person, or you can use Zelle by sending payments to the number (786) 395-1742. Additionally, we accept Credit and Debit cards, although please be aware that State Fees and Taxes will apply to these transactions. It is important to note that all payments made for our services are considered final, meaning that there will be no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Cancellation Policy
The Perfect Notary holds the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or revoke any notarized or signed documents at its discretion, without any obligation to provide a refund to client. This authority is exercised when necessary to maintain the integrity of our services. In situations where there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity, it is crucial to understand that both virtual and in-person meetings will be automatically and promptly terminated, and under these circumstances, the client will not receive any form of refund. Additionally, The Perfect Notary is deeply committed to following all state rules and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout every aspect of our operations. We also reserve the right to cancel any scheduled meeting, session, or signing if it becomes evident that the client does not fully accept, understand, or appreciate the services offer, along with the regulations established by the state. These policies are in place to uphold a high standard of integrity and professionalism in all our interactions while safeguarding the interests of both our clients and our organization.
